Vintage Products:
We pre-soak and wash everything to be sure that the colours or designs don’t run and any bad stains are removed. However these are vintage goods that have had a previous life or been stored for years so there maybe small marks that won’t wash out. These just demonstrate the age of the items and we hope you can accept any small marks that our extensive washing procedures can’t remove. However if not please refer to our Returns policy.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments through Paypal.

The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and the top priority at PayPal. You do not require a Paypal account to pay.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

As many items are unique, every attempt is made to ensure that orders are downloaded frequently. However in the unfortunate event that multiple orders are placed against a single item the first buyer will purchase the item and any subsequent buyers will receive an immediate refund.

Shipping And Handling
All orders will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the order and card authorisation.

We reserve the right not to deliver to differing card and shipping addresses.

Postage is calculated by weight, the vintage linen is a lot heavier than most fabrics. We are always trying to reduce postage costs.

Please be aware that all parcels will be sent by insured post and must be signed for.

If your parcel does not arrive within 5 working days please contact us. If you wait longer than 5 working days and the parcel is unclaimed and returned to sender, you will be charged for the order to be re-sent. If you request a refund, the posting costs will not be refunded:

UK:
Prices start from £2.50 up to £16.50. Choose from Standard, 48 hour and Special Delivery.

Europe:
Prices start from 5.40. For larger orders over 2 kilos the costs increase minimally so if you have a few things in mind order at once to save postage costs

International:
Standard Airmail start from £6.30. For larger orders over 2 kilos the costs increase minimally so if you have a few things in mind order at once to save postage costs

USA and Canada:
Standard Airmail start from £4.50. For larger orders over 2 kilos the costs increase minimally so if you have a few things in mind order at once to save postage costs

Upholstered Furniture:
The most appropriate transportation and costs will be discussed with the customer when purchasing the item.
Delivery Schedule
UK:
We will always aim to send items as quickly as possible however packages will take a maximum of five working days to be delivered after posting.

Europe:
Packages will take a maximum of 7 working days once shipped.

USA and Asia:
Packages will take a maximum of 7 working days once shipped.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy In line with the Distance selling regulations:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will not offer any refund, exchange or credit for items that are returned without prior notice or occasions when contact is made after seven working days.

NO REFUND ON CLEARANCE ITEMS

The items must be returned to us within a further 14 days.

The items must be returned using an insured delivery service that covers the full cost of the items. Liability for loss or damage during transit lies with the customer.

The customer must return the goods unused in “as new” condition for a full refund. The cost of post and packaging will not be refunded.

We will write to you to confirm your return has been processed and you will receive your refund or exchange (when in stock) within 14 days of the return being received. It may be the case that we will have a suitable replacement being dyed or prepared, so if you are able to wait for us to return from a trip we may be able to exchange the item outside of the 14 days.
